As someone who can’t even touch a thing with wheat in it bc of problems with “gluten”…. I have consumed cookies, chicken fried steak, and a pie crust over the holidays made with this flour (non-hybridized non-gmo ancient wheat, no glyphosate or chemicals, clean) and have had ZERO reaction. Not a thing. Just sharing for others ! I don’t normally eat these things anyway but I saw the reviews on it from others with my issue and family suggested it to me - it absolutely is the real deal.
