Mixon testimony is over for the day and will resume at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow. The prosecution plans to call one witness, then the defense will present evidence if they choose to. @Enquirer

The woman explained to Mixon’s lawyers that she had become more angry overtime because she was hounded by the media at her home and work. She said she was angrier about the incident at the time she gave a recorded statement because of this. @Enquirer

Mixon’s lawyers keep circling back to a statement made by the alleged victim saying her natural reaction is anger and that she doesn’t normally get scared. A co-worker of the victim said she was “visibly shaking” when she arrived at work and she told him, “that was scary.” @Enquirer

A worker at Nothing Bunt Cake, where Mixon was before the encounter, said Mixon posed for a selfie with her. She recalled when a man said he was down on his luck, Mixon gave him $100. @Enquirer

Testimony continues today in the Mixon trial. The victim further explained that she was scared in the moment though she expressed to police she was angry. @Enquirer

Doerman has entered a plea of not guilty in court Friday. He is charged with multiple counts of murder in the deaths of his three sons. @Enquirer

Chad Doerman, the man accused of killing his three sons in Clermont County, could face the death penalty if convicted, according to the indictment. Doerman is being arraigned this morning. @Enquirer

Bond is set for Chad Doerman at $20 million. Prosecutors said he lined his sons up and executed them with a rifle. He admitted to what he did and had planned it, according to the prosecutor. @Enquirer
