@cl_0ve@k1radn Said he sent a dick pick, and your response is you didn't open it. Is the difference between being 17 and being 18 the ability to say "no i don't want to see that shit"?
For you a 1-3 year gap is the same difference because if you can't do that now, at 19 or 20, you won't either
@smileybugs i understand that, thank you for your support ❤️ it’s just disappointing the amount of people who will defend someone they simply ‘idolise’ no matter what
@cl_0ve@k1radn You were talking so adamantly about it being against the law. So now it's not about the law, it's about the age gap. 17 and 18 is technically against the law, but that's where you'll draw the line.
If she reciprocates, like you did, sure. Not that I'd do it personally.
@oldworldape@k1radn because you can’t be seriously saying 1 year and 3 years is the same difference. 😂 so answer me, if you’re 20 would you or would you not send videos jerking your penis to a girl thats 17?
@k1radn@cl_0ve Moving the goalposts or giving an extremely common hypothetical to determine whether their views are consistent? Because if you think 17 & 20 is pedophilic, 17 and 18 is too. You can't pick and choose.
@oldworldape how old are you? if =20, would you send your penis to 17 year old girls while telling them you’re their age? after they don’t reciprocate flirting?
@cl_0ve Ad hominem + Answer this, do you think a 17 year old close to turning 18 and a 19 year old dating makes the 19 year old a pedo? I want to know how delusional you are.
@cl_0ve It's like cancelling someone for jaywalking or drinking; many people have done it, it's illegal, and no one cares. There's no difference physically and mentally between a 17yo and an 20yo. Liberals really think 17yo = can't make rational decisions, but 18 year olds can.
@cl_0ve people under 18 sext this is not a foreign concept, it's normalised in westernised countries. Whether it is a problem depends on whether it was consensual and how big the age gap is.
@javhlan_tugs classified as revenge porn -> a person may be prosecuted for distributing an intimate image without consent, under section 91Q, crimes act 1900(NSW). similarly, under the WA law, it is against the law to share an intimate image of someone without their consent.
@oldworldape he sent 6 videos, while lying about his age and crossing 2 laws in our country. the law states though aoc is 16, the aoc to share explicit photos and sexting is 18 in both our states/territories. not only is he doing it at 20, it would be illegal at 17 too.
@cl_0ve 20 and 17 isn't a big deal (blue-haired American libs try to convince everyone otherwise), especially when most states have aoc at 16.
The worst thing he did was lie but mostly asking for nudes, even then it isn't exactly uncommon when it comes to people in that age group
