high protein low cal buffalo chicken dip! so good on its own but you can also get a low carb tortilla and cut it into chips and put them in the oven until they’re crispy - 200 cals, 32.9g protein for the dip (recipe in alt 🫶)

@deerlycals I only add cals to things when I think the company would have a reason to lie about the actual cals (diet stuff like halo top). I add 20% to the listed cals, but everything else I just trust for my sanity

@bammbammgyuu @lacesouI sometimes I “plan” a fake binge when I’m getting binge cravings. Ik it’s not acc a binge but I’ll restrict more heavily during the day and then have a pint of halo top (290 cals) and either a bagel thin (110 cals) or a bag of Cheeto puffs (140 cals) and it feels like a binge

@dairymaxxing @honeylbs wait when I’ve been making Mac and cheese I’ve literally just been weighing out like a quarter of the box and a quarter of the cheese powder and then making like one serving size. Idk if that works for you but that’s what I do!!

@hyuncalss baked potato w a can of tuna mixed w mayo + Siracha + maybe half a slice of cheese on top, ground turkey with a bit of tomato sauce + some peas topped with mashed potato (make your own w a lil kefir and no butter), rice mixed w canned tuna, mayo, Siracha, + soy sauce w a cucumber

this is also a good hack because carrots don’t go bad if they’re not in the fridge for a few hours, so if you do resist the urges you can just put them back and you’re not wasting food!

Okay my new hack for when I really think I’m going to binge is i get a bag of carrots from the fridge and take them to my room, and I still try to resist the binge urges and not eat anything but if I do fail I go for the carrots first because I’m too lazy to leave my bed

@swiftlyfasting A jacket potato w/ canned tuna mixed w/ mayo and Siracha w/ half a slice of cheddar cheese melted on top (with a 150g potato it comes out to just under 250 and 20g protein) or a knockoff Shepards pie (90g ground turkey w/ 50g frozen peas and tomato sauce topped w/ mashed potato)
