@deerlycals I only add cals to things when I think the company would have a reason to lie about the actual cals (diet stuff like halo top). I add 20% to the listed cals, but everything else I just trust for my sanity

@bammbammgyuu @lacesouI sometimes I “plan” a fake binge when I’m getting binge cravings. Ik it’s not acc a binge but I’ll restrict more heavily during the day and then have a pint of halo top (290 cals) and either a bagel thin (110 cals) or a bag of Cheeto puffs (140 cals) and it feels like a binge

@dairymaxxing @honeylbs wait when I’ve been making Mac and cheese I’ve literally just been weighing out like a quarter of the box and a quarter of the cheese powder and then making like one serving size. Idk if that works for you but that’s what I do!!

@honeylbs leftovers. i just hate leftover food. it makes me feel trapped. i'm okay with spending 200 cals per slice of pizza or smth but i hate having slices of pizza that i feel like i need to incorporate into my diet daily for the next few days or else it'll go bad immediately

@hyuncalss baked potato w a can of tuna mixed w mayo + Siracha + maybe half a slice of cheese on top, ground turkey with a bit of tomato sauce + some peas topped with mashed potato (make your own w a lil kefir and no butter), rice mixed w canned tuna, mayo, Siracha, + soy sauce w a cucumber

@smiskieater omg no bc I’m American and I’m studying in Europe rn and when I first got here I realized just how good I have it in America with all the low cal protein products (although I have discovered this protein mousse that’s super good that I haven’t seen in America)

@swiftlyfasting A jacket potato w/ canned tuna mixed w/ mayo and Siracha w/ half a slice of cheddar cheese melted on top (with a 150g potato it comes out to just under 250 and 20g protein) or a knockoff Shepards pie (90g ground turkey w/ 50g frozen peas and tomato sauce topped w/ mashed potato)
