@sainsburys I was unaware that Christmas delivery slots had been released, but even though I’m aware they may have been fully booked, your app doesn’t appear to have a Christmas delivery slot section this year, unless it’s an accessibility issue as I’m using voiceover?

@sainsburys so as per previous, this is all the biscuits you have showing, but if I search for e.g. rich tea it comes up on search.

@sainsburys You’re not listening. It’s not me, it’s your app. I’m not the only one who has flagged this issue. I have uninstalled, restarted the device, updated the software, the app was updated this morning anyway so it’s the latest version.

@clairerandall @sainsburys I was just going to tweet about this. Since the last update, hardly anything shows in the categories on the @sainsburys app. I have to search individually for each products I want and it's almost impossible to find special offers!

@ali_eyremufc @sainsburys I’ve logged out and deleted the app, cleared history, re-started the device, logged back in, and still have the issue. It’s clearly your issue and not mine so fix it please.

@clairerandall @sainsburys I was just going to tweet the exact same thing. You can search for an item by typing it in but if you browse by category on the app, only 2 or 3 items come up

Hello @sainsburys can you tell me why loads of your products are missing in the categories but searchable? E.g. plain biscuits/most sweets/chocolate? In biscuit barrel there are only three products but if you search you can find all the rest, but can’t see them without.
