@clare_physio Depends on the fracture pattern and fixation. Generally sling protection 6/52 when up and about, remove sling when resting. Assisted flex/ext from immediately post op, active pro/sup and active hand. No resistance 6/52 begin strength work when union confirmed. No cast/splint.
