@AskAIB I am currently on hold 51 minutes and counting to get a hold on my card lifted while I’m on holiday… how can I get support quicker I need to use my card??

@AskAIB unless the whole of Ireland are calling your customer support there is no reason anyone should be waiting 2+ hours to gain access back to their own money!!!!

@ASOS you have the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Continuously failing on next day delivery and then can’t even manage to deliver a package late either. Contacting customer service is pointless as you are just asked to wait 24 hours each time. Shocking.

@StormandCouture @AerLingus Yes he went to the airport as no one was answering our tweets/calls and @AerLingus still hadn’t contacted him. The girl at the check-in desk put him on standby and he got a seat on the 6.45 to Dublin this evening.

@AerLingus are you sending a rescue flight for those whose flight was cancelled yesterday afternoon? My uncle hasn’t been contacted about a new flight and we have tried to call/message you for 21 hours. Very frightening for people to be in this situation. My uncle is on his own.

@AerLingus I have been on hold for 2hrs 20mins about a flight that was cancelled from Tenerife this evening for my uncle. I know you are experiencing high call volumes but do you know the average wait time? I don’t want to hang up after nearly 2.5hrs if I am close.
