Kennedy @senkennedyy introduced a resolution to withhold senators pay during a shutdown, and he said that it unanimously moved out of the Rules Committee. Not only that... but he said it's overwhelmingly popular and Senators will vote for it. So what's the problem? He says Thune won't bring it for a vote. “I've chased John like he stole Thanksgiving to try to get him to do it, but so far he hadn't agreed. But I, I'll keep pounding him."
