The most generous interpretation is that Richard genuinely believes he can make a more successful version of zkp2p/Peer by attaching a token to it. The token incentivises his greedy followers to advertise the product, because they want their bags to pump. Unfortunately, the wider crypto space is wise to all of Richard's bullshit, and people can smell a desperate Hexican a mile off. Worse still, many in his own community are wise to the BS now too.
