🚨DHS lied again about a Border Patrol shooting in San Bernardino. U.S. citizens were illegally stopped, their windows smashed, and then shot at fourteen times while trying to DRIVE AWAY… with a TEENAGER inside the car. After the shooting, DHS tried to flip the story and charged the driver, Francisco Longoria, with assault on a federal officer. That charge collapses immediately on video. There were no agents and no vehicles in front of the car. No one was being threatened. No officer was in danger. On August 16, Border Patrol agents unlawfully detained a U.S. citizen traveling with his teenage son and his daughter’s boyfriend. Agents demanded identification without legal cause. When the family did not comply, agents smashed the vehicle’s windows… an unlawful escalation and destruction of property. Francisco drove away in fear. As the car was fleeing, agents opened fire 14 times. DHS later claimed the shooting was “self-defense,” saying the driver “forced a CBP officer to discharge his firearm.” That is a lie. The videos clearly show no imminent threat, no officer in the vehicle’s path, and no legal justification for deadly force. Fleeing is not a capital offense. Law enforcement is not allowed to shoot people for driving away. The charges against Francisco were eventually dropped. But, the agents who illegally detained U.S. citizens, smashed their windows, and fired 14 rounds at a car carrying a teenager? They faced no consequences. So, the question isn’t whether DHS lied… The question is: how many citizens have to be shot at before federal agents are held accountable for violating the Constitution?

A Fox News host just debunked many of the MAGA talking points and lies on Minnesota’s fraud issue live on air. This is worth a watch.

US Citizen detained by ICE: Clearly it didn't matter that I was a citizen, a veteran, or identified who I was. They ignored everything I said. They just broke my window and dragged me out. I let them know I was a veteran, I wasn't doing anything wrong, just trying to get to work.
Homeland Security@DHSgov

Stop fear-mongering. ICE does NOT arrest or deport U.S. citizens. If a U.S. citizen is arrested, it is because they have obstructed or assaulted law enforcement. What makes someone a target for immigration enforcement is if they are illegally in the U.S.—NOT their skin color, race, or ethnicity. Secretary Noem has been clear: rioters will not stop us or slow us down.

@RealJamesWoods Yes. She earned the spot. I don’t have to agree with her in order to say that. One doesn’t simply finesse their way into a Supreme Court justice without being properly qualified.

This is facts though. If Obama did this FOX would have had a whole special on a countdown to communism and how Obama’s use of the military to do this is right in step with Marxist tyranny and how the U.S. is about to descend into a communist hellscape. I can’t stand tribalism.
Brian Allen@allenanalysis

OBAMA: “What if I sent the National Guard into Texas and said I don’t care what Governor Abbott says… and just kind of took over?” Imagine that. Fox News would’ve held a 96-hour emergency broadcast with 18 split screens and a countdown to “Tyranny Day.” But when it’s Trump doing it? Crickets.

My thoughts on Trump’s post: Slavery has existed throughout human history. Normally, slaves were the spoils of the victors during wars. There were also indentured servants, who served specific and limited terms. But American chattel slavery was unique. It was embedded into the law, enforced by mobs, and it was perpetual by skin color. ONLY by skin color. The bloodshed of the Civil War could have been the sacrifice of reconciliation, except for its absence of repentance. Therefore, the blood became a symbol for vengeance and revision, not reconstruction. Anyone who believes that discussing the negative aspects of slavery in America is “woke” needs to wake up. Slavery was vicious, intentional, transactional, and real. We’ve come a long way from there, but if we can't discuss what the past was, we have no context to acknowledge what the present is. Without the past or the present, the future is just a repetitive cycle. I suggest the President reconsider his destructive plan to revise history in his image. His image isn't the standard, facts are.

Taking Bill Clinton’s predation and abuse of power seriously all the way back when I stayed home from high school to watch his impeachment is a MAJOR REASON I was and remain Never Trump. It’s why I yelled at my own family re: selective partisan moral outrage. And I’m not alone. +

Absolutely — because Christianity started in the Middle East, not in suburban Ohio. Names like Khalil, Firas, Zaid, and Shadi aren’t exotic intrusions into the faith — they’re native to the region where it was born. If someone named Shadi is explaining the cultural and theological roots of Christianity, maybe stop scrolling and start listening — you’re hearing it from someone whose ancestors were practicing the faith when yours were still worshiping trees.

Something weird this pregnancy is how much I crave fresh vegetables, and sweets and savory snacks are just not hitting at all. At this rate this baby is going to end up a crunchy health nut.

No, we aren't moving on from the Epstein Files. We aren't moving on from trafficking and child rape. And no, @realDonaldTrump, we aren't buying the idea that the files never existed, or were faked by Obama, or whatever new story you come up with. We see you.

This administration is immoral, undemocratic, and cruel. To every person who claims to know Christ yet cheers them on as they wreck our freedoms, sow strife and fear, dole out threats, and seek to silence people standing for what is right: God sees and He will not be mocked.

MAGA: “The fifth amendment was written in a different time. The founders couldn’t have imagined this many illegals in the country.” Okay, using that logic, shouldn’t we ignore the Second Amendment because the founders didn’t know about assault weapons and school shootings? 🤔

People worth standing 25 hrs and 5 min for: Widows: Seniors relying on Social Security to survive. Orphans: Kids depending on school meals to eat. Sojourners: Migrant families seeking safety. Poor: Those who need aid for food and medicine. Keep standing for them.
