Please listen to the explanation of the ITF referee mister Carlos Ramos: 1) it is an accident 2) the protocol is to first take care of the injured player together with his medical team, which we did 3) after that we need to judge if the player is fit and healthy to continue playing 4) Since I cannot do this, the protocol states that I have to ask the neutral doctor to do the investigation 5) The doctor did the investigation and talked to the player, and he confirmed me that the player was fit enough and ready to play 6) So my decision had to be: continue playing 7) Unfortunately player and coach refused to continue playing although I gave them enough time to recover and be ready (fyi +/- 20’) 8) Referee gave the time violation warnings as protocol demands. First = 1 point Second = 1 game Despite the protocol it is of course not the way ZIZOU wanted to end the match. He fought very hard in the decisive set to get the break. With a great game, he finally got it and he was excited and happy. He wanted to be asap with his coach a,d team to get ready for potentially the last game. Coach Steve and he were immediately present to support Garin after the accident until team Chile took over the assistance. During the 20’ break ZIZOU had to stay focused to continue playing. Hence team Belgium stayed away from team Chile. After the decision of the referee, Garin run away immediately so ZIZOU nor Steve were able to shake hands or say something. The Chilean coach was open for a handshake and both ZIZOU and Steve did. After the match the atmosphere with the Chilean fans and team was too tensed, the press conference too hot, hence team Belgium stayed in their locker room for more than 1 hour. Later on the evening Captain Steve has made a call to the captain of Chile who confirmed that it is nothing personal against ZIZOU or Steve, but a complaint against ITF. Sad story, sad ending of a great weekend with amazing matches and a fantastic atmosphere on or off court.

Belgium's Zizou Bergs wins his singles match against Chile's Cristian Garin, who didn't return to court after an accidental collision at the change of ends. A collision between the two players stopped the match, as Garin received medical attention. Play was then scheduled to resume, before Chile received three consecutive time violations. This resulted in a game penalty which awarded Bergs the deciding set, 7-5. The win for Belgium means they will advance to the Second Round. #DavisCup

Perfecto! Ahora las jaurías de perros asilvestrados podrán seguir destrozando a los animales nativos. Porque esos animales no son relevantes para los mascotistas.

@claudiohernand @lmrendon @Mirsalis No, el equivacado eres tú. Los perros no se asilvestran, hay evidencia de sobra. Las manadas ferales están compuestas por "perros de libre movilidad", sin crías y con alto recambio. Básicamente los perros que la misma gente abandona o alimenta pero deja sueltos.

@lmrendon @Mirsalis Los perros no se asilvestran, no sobreviven en el medio silvestre ni se reproducen solos. No sacay nada cazando 10 si los hueones reproducen y sueltan 1000. Hay que esterilizar masivamente, cagar a los hueones que cruzan y venden, y dejarse de huear, por la chucha BASTA.
