A7: We discuss "getting things wrong". I have found more so since moving to third grade that they are afraid to answer incorrectly. We discuss how we ALL get things wrong from time to time but its how we react that matters. We move forward together. #VCSGreatTeachers

A6: The difference was their focus. The schools with better scores focused not only on the scores but on social aspects and characteristics as well. They focused on student achievement. #VCSGreatTeachers

A8: talk through the topic with your colleagues. If their class did well ask them how they taught it or even have them model the lesson for you. We're all here to help students master their learning. We can make each other stronger, more effective teachers! #VCSGreatTeachers
