Umm, good try @ShiftWA: Fact #1 = CCA is a moderate, market-based program not a tax. Fact #2 = #waleg funded youth passes in advance because of the high-value to kids. Fact #3 = average gas prices are NOT up $.50 due to CCA and are down $0.64 from a 2022 high before the bill.

Umm, how can the carbon tax you pushed through for Gov. Inslee - driving gas prices up 50 cents per gallon so far - be funding a program that started before the tax? We know you have to take credit for your gas-price raising law every chance you get, but you're stretching here.
