2 weeks ago I said goodbye to my dad following a spontaneous intercranial haemorrhage. He went onto do the most amazing thing of donating both kidneys and his liver at age 61. Helping others out rite to the very end. 💗💔 @NHSOrganDonor #transplant #strokeassociation
