@clefableV Ok the safest supplements you start with is Goli. TBH they have great bloat control/water weight control, pre/post biotic, and great muscle relaxation. Should be like $29 bucks for all 3. Each has 60 gummies and you just take two a day.

@clefableV It seems like you’re doing everything you can diet/portion wise to the best of your ability. I’d probably start combing a workouts with cardio at that point. Combined with any supplements if you’re open to that!!
