@CELAlibrary That is unfortunate. Especially since not everyone qualifies for government help in purchasing devices and even if they do, the remaining costs can still be out of reach.

@clefurgey Hi @clefurgey Unfortunately CELA isn't funded to offer devices to our users, although we agree that it would be helpful for many. There are a patchwork of regional and provincial programs which may help folks purchase assistive devices. We're working to put that list on our site

@CELAlibrary Hi. I'm wondering if you have any plans to offer any kind of e-reader for your braille collection. I know there are organizations in the states that provide this, specifically the NLS, and I think it would be very helpful to Canadians if we had something similar.

@skullcandy Hi. I have a quick question about your Hesh ANC headphones. I notice they don't have any kind of auto shutoff or standby mode. Would you consider adding this feature? I and I'm sure many other users would really appreciate it. Thanks!

@clefurgey Sorry for the late reply. Here is the link to the Canadian site : explore.omsystem.com/ca/en/. In theory you can use any 5V adapter and Ni-Mh 750 mAh batteries but they must be 1.2v. We only test our chargers and batteries. We do not guarantee operation on third party products.

@OMSYSTEMaudio Hi. I have a dm-620 recorder, and am wondering what AC adapter I can use to charge the batteries? The one listed in the manual doesn't seem to be on your website anymore. Thanks in advance.

@OMSYSTEMaudio Do you have a Canadian website? Or is there somewhere here I can buy the adapter? Or would any 5V adapter work, such as the ones that come with older iPhones? Also will any rechargeable batteries charge in the recorder? Or does it have to be the Olympus branded ones.

@clefurgey Hi Cheryl. I do apologize, I mistyped. I meant the A-514 which is is discontinued. It was a 5V USB adapter. Support can only be contacted by online form which creates an internal ticket to ensure that you are contacted as soon as possible.

@OMSYSTEMaudio Thanks for the reply. The adapter listed in the manual is the a-514. Has that one been discontinued as well? Also, is there an email address I can use to contact support, instead of filling out the form?

@clefurgey HI Cheryl. Sorry for the late reply. The A512 charger is discontinued which may explain why you can not find it. I believe the F-5AC USB-AC ADAPTER is the replacement. Please contact our support department to check explore.omsystem.com/us/en/service-…

@canadian_diva @celinedion I think it's just that this is an emotional song. I was saying to someone earlier today, we don't know when this was recorded, so if it's recent she may be thinking about her own situation while she's singing. Either way, this is one of the best songs she's ever done.

Also, the chorus of this song can be applied not just to Celine and her situation, but the world in general. We've all been through so much the past few years, but I feel like the worst may finally be behind us. Like Celine sings, the sun will rise again, storm subside again.

For anyone who remembers the days of AutioBoom, I just discovered that you can still download your old recordings. All I did was sign into my account, go to my profile, and all my posts were there. Sadly my favorited posts were not, but I thought someone might be interested.

@7LittleWords Hi. I just had my sighted friend look, and he can see the daily chest ready button. When he clicked on it, there was an ad, but voiceover wouldn't let me get out of it, so my friend had to close the ad. Also, VoiceOver doesn't see the daily chest at all, or what the prize is.

@7LittleWords I'm actually running 7.4.2. Also I'm blind and a Voiceover user, if that makes a difference. Also I don't know how to take a screenshot. I'll ask a sighted friend if they can see the button, if that'd help. Sorry I can't really do more.

@7LittleWords Hi. In the update a few days ago you said there would be a chest on the daily puzzles page we could open to get free hints or other rewards. I've been playing on and off since then but haven't come across anything like that. Can this be looked into? Thanks.
