London Marathon - 2:44😊 Best thing was definitely the crowds. Great day out. Another great experience and always feel privileged to run this great distance. Time to recovery and enjoy.

I enjoy the grind of training each day more than racing itself. It’s the predictability and consistent routine that I enjoy. However standing on the start line with uncertainty ahead gives its own unique excitement. Great day racing yesterday - can’t wait to go again!

England Masters Race. Respectable 10th out 19th for age group in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿vs🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 90th over all. Loved every minute! 79:03 for the half marathon… onwards and upwards😁
