Yesterday Kapso reached 20,000 developers. And in 24 hours we processed more messages than in all of November. Usually I'm only focused on the weekly growth goal, but today I decided to zoom out. 12 months ago it was not clear at all if Kapso was going to be a useful product. I spent months building 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, for just a handful of early users. Revenue was literally $0 for like 7 months. Still, usage was growing... The base was very small, and the absolute numbers were miserable... but the weekly growth was definitely there. So even though the revenue was not great, I decided to change nothing... I decided to trust the exponential. Today, 12 months later, I think Kapso is useful. And building something useful feels fucking great.
