When Klopp got asked if he can turn it around in 2023 he simply said “yes”, left the room and followed it up with a trophy. None of this explaining and nonsense.

Before the election, NDC stood before us and showed us evidence of how NPP chopped Ghana’s money. They promised us ORAL: Operation Recover All Loot. They promised they were going to recover every pesewa that was stolen. In his 2025 State of the Nation Address, Mahama mentioned ORAL three times. Chest out. Full confidence. One year later, he stood before Parliament again to deliver his 2026 State of the Nation Address. ORAL was not mentioned. Not even once. The NDC used ORAL to win votes and when they sat in the seat, the whole thing quietly died. Draw your own conclusions.

Not everywhere in Ghana is like Accra or Kumasi. In 2026, our brothers and sisters are still fetching water from rivers that Galamsey hasn’t finished destroying yet. No light, no pipe water, no road under their feet but we have 2.75 billion cedis for an AI center. You begged for our votes with a manifesto. We gave you power. All we asked for in return was the bare minimum and when we open our mouths, you unleash foot soldiers to attack us online like we are the enemy. To the Ghanaian politican, we are not your enemy. We are the people you swore to serve. To the Ghanaian, wake up! The elephant and umbrella will never suffer, their children are in schools abroad, their families are okay. This suffering has only one address, yours. Let’s put Ghana first!

Crazy part is most of the people mismanaging Ghana’s money are not strangers to the church. They read the Bible, they tithe, some even preach. And on Monday they sign off on contracts that steal from the very poor they prayed for on Sunday. Yehowa pɛ!

We’ve seen more articles about Liverpool backing Slot than actual good performances this season

#LFC’s decision-makers remain fully supportive of Arne Slot. But the next fortnight is huge in the context of the Dutchman’s reign. Man City, PSG, Fulham, PSG, Everton. If they kick on, unrest will ease. If they wilt, the noise will be hard to ignore. nytimes.com/athletic/71672…

#GhanaWeDey Takuve-Ziope is a major tomato-growing rural community in the Volta Region, where almost every household owns a tomato farm, resulting in large quantities of rotten tomatoes on the market during the harvest season. The district has expressed concerns over: 1.recurring post harvest losses 2.plummeting market prices 3.lack of irrigation systems 4.adverse effect of climate change 5.lack of storage for their harvested produce. The Weddi Africa Tomato factory could have absorbed surplus production and provided a stable market for farmers, reducing seasonal glut and the amount that goes to waste. This proves that as a country we have the natural resources to produce tomatoes when we enact better policies that empower farmer cooperatives in all regions in Ghana to produce the needed raw materials to boost the production capacity of at least ‘one’ functioning tomato factory. Ghana can thrive without tomatoes from Burkina Faso when we strengthen all-year-round domestic tomato production. I believe that everything is theoretically impossible until it is done; and it can only be done when we have a strategy for sustainability. MAKE GHANA INDUSTRIOUS AGAIN!

In August 2021, former President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo commissioned the $16 million Weddi Africa Tomato Processing Factory in Domfete, Berekum (Bono Region). The factory was established to reduce tomato imports and create value addition with the introduction of the tomato mix brand “Sweet Mama.” The tomato factory, just like other defunct factories established by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, has been shut down because the country is not producing enough tomatoes to feed the plant’s 40,000-metric-ton annual capacity. Ghana excels in enacting policies and initiating highly promising projects for economic development, but our main problem is that there is a weak culture of maintaining and sustaining these projects over time. “Sweet Mama” could have been a post-harvest mitigation strategy to incentivize the use of tomato waste, but the products were not properly marketed because the factory lacked a clear long-term sustainability plan. As a country, why do we even start what we cannot finish? That is not only counterproductive, but it also shows that in our policy decisions, we lack foresight and the right thinking to make systems work.

Doctors in Samreboi in the Western Region of Ghana, have delivered babies whose abdominal walls weren't properly formed. Several cases. Mercury, cyanide and arsenic found in the placentas of mothers near galamsey sites. The Bonsa Water Treatment Plant serving 500,000 Ghanaians in Tarkwa shut down in January 2025 because of galamsey pollution. 32% of Ghana's youth are unemployed. And your priority is VISA-FREE entry for all Africans? Check your own manifesto. It's not in there. You promised to fight galamsey and fix our water. Do that first. The NPP wrecked this country and you campaigned on resetting it so why are you drifting off course? Why?? Fix the home before you open the door. Ghana is not ready for this!!!!!!!!!

President John Dramani Mahama has announced that Ghana will introduce a free electronic visa regime for all African nationals, effective May 25, 2026, Africa Day, as part of efforts to promote Pan-Africanism, boost tourism, and position Ghana as a prime investment destination on the continent . #3NewsGH #TV3GH

I saw this and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Ghana has over 5,400 basic schools operating under trees. In 2021, the government promised to phase out these schools by 2025. We’re in 2026 and only 17 have been completed. At this pace, it'll take 300 YEARS to fix it😭😭. But we just approved $250 million for an AI computing centre when 1.2 million children aged 4 to 17 have never set foot in a school????! Who exactly is this AI future being built for? This country just likes stressing me😭
