"le pétrole vénézuélien est pourri" On lit ça , JMJ y est allé de son expertise énergie une fois de plus évidemment. C'est un peu plus compliqué que ça et c'est surtout une question de coût et de marché. Aujourd'hui il n'est pas très intéressant mais demain?

Shocking stat of the day: Venezuela’s oil production is currently at just 30% of the levels seen 15 years ago. We could easily see another 3 million barrels of oil hit the market per day. That’s more than the daily consumption of all but 6 countries in the world.

There is a lot of talk -- not the least from the US Administration -- about the windfall from Venezuela's oil. It is worth doing a bit of (boring) quantification. Bottom line: it isn't going to pay for everything ... 1/
