Today, on U.S. Memorial Day, we honor the American troops who risked their lives for their country 🇺🇸🕯️

🇺🇦🔴Indians and Africans are flowing into Ukraine, and Ukrainians are starting to notice the massive numbers. Here, one woman films Indians washing their clothing in local rivers in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk. The caption reads: "They are renting an apartment to Indians here, but it looks like the water hasn't been turned on yet." On May 23, a protest against the influx of immigrants took place on Maidan. Demonstrators chanted slogans "Ukraine for Ukrainians" and "White Ukraine." As Ukrainian men die at the front by the tens of thousands, the Zelensky government is importing their replacements. The government is considering bringing in even larger numbers in the future.

The surviving Confederates of Pickett's Charge walked that field one more time. The Union men waiting on the other side shook their hands. Fifty years earlier, they had tried to kill each other. This time, they met as friends. A powerful reminder this Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Everybody is "antiwar" until Hezbollah or somebody drops 1100 rockets in your neighborhoods.

Ron Paul offered young conservative men a way to fit in with the America-hating left while still identifying as conservative. To the left, they could fit in with the America-hating zeitgeist by saying "oh yeah I don't hate America but I do agree with you that I hate what it's doing and has done" To the right, they could say "I'm actually MORE conservative than you because I hold my country to a higher standard". All the while they were completely missing the tendency, even inevitability, that hatred of what something is doing grows into hatred of the thing itself.

Millenials grew up in a booming economy with plenty of safe non-manual labor paper shuffling jobs. Collectively, they said “I’m too good for work!” and instead opted for 7 years of college & six figure debt. Now $6 coffee addictions prevent them from owning homes. 🤷🏻♂️

Western socialism is often just luxury beliefs funded by capitalism. People who’ve never missed a meal lecturing workers about “oppression” with iPhones from coffee shops while sipping $8 lattes. What’s the most out-of-touch socialist take you’ve heard?

It’s clear that the lefties attacking people for posting economic data are just coping. They can't dispute evidence on the merits, so they do the Trumpian “the numbers are fake because I don’t like what they show” thing. It’s the left-wing version of MAGA denying crime data.

Dear Gen Z: My mother ate LARD sandwiches when she was a girl. She lived in a dirt floor shack with no electricity or indoor plumbing. She wore dresses made from flour sacks. Fuck you and your whining about the cost of a mocha latte.
