@ZacGoodman_ Thank you. With Vertimax you could keep the resistance as low as needed and then raise it up as the athlete gets stronger. I would imagine the band being better than a stationary object, no? For the pendulum squat, could you set the rest block so you stop and get the static?

I’m not a fan of high resistance jumping as it slows you down too much. I’m also a fan that DB jumps don’t lock you into place, a more natural jump. As far as a pendulum squat, you lose the reason we Box Squat… Static/Dynamic method.

Dumbbell Jumps make the Vertical Jump go up. Box Squats make the Dumbbell Jump go up. The results all follow this pattern.
