@zomato @zomatocare I have to fight with the bot to let me talk to a human and its so frustrating. This picture is easily recognizable by a human but not the bot.

The worst part of today’s customer support is having to convince AI bots to connect you to a human. Case in point: @zomato @zomatocare. I got the wrong order, didn’t even open it, sent pictures—but the bot just didn’t get it. It wont show the option to talk to a human.
