I'm a pharmacist with an MBA in strategic management. I spent my career doing something most people think is impossible — maintaining clinical integrity while hitting business objectives. No shortcuts. No compromises. I trade the same way. The Clinical Trader exists because I got tired of watching retail investors get burned by hype they couldn't fact-check. Quantum computing stocks. Speculative biotech. Momentum plays dressed up as innovation. I can read the science. I can read the business model. I can read the market structure. When they don't match — I'll tell you. No paid promotions. No rage bait. No "like and subscribe" energy. Just systems-level thinking, applied to long-term investing.

$1.3T in credit card balances at 22% APR = roughly $286B/year in interest. That’s ~$24B/month just to service credit card debt. For someone carrying $7,000, that’s about $128/month in interest before they pay down a single dollar of principal. Now add the mortgage, car loan, insurance, surging inflation, utilities, and student debt. This is why the consumer can look “fine” on headline spending while quietly bleeding underneath.

@genejchan Better then you think, makes me informed enough to understand that they raised the book cash on hand to 3 billion thru aggressive ATM capital raises and stock issuances, it all came from heavy dilution, hence why the executive team has been cashing out as fast as they can

For those worrying why $IONQ didn't receive gov't funding, take comfort in knowing that $GOOG was also not on the list They didn't need the money and didn't want to give up equity stake This is similar to how (then 2nd tier) $INTC got an investment and other chipmakers didn't

@clincl_trader $IONQ has $3B in cash and most of these stakes were $100M and they want equity at a discount - no way. Most of IonQ's deals were done at a premium. Pay attention 🤡

@Cat_States manufactured hype, diluted existing shareholders 25%, institutional holders cashed out close to a billion in the last 9 months, and underwent meaningless acquisitions instead of … building any working quantum computing components

What’s going on at $IONQ? 🤔 The US government has committed $2bn to nine quantum companies, but $IONQ isn’t one of them. The list includes $IBM, $RGTI, $QBTS, $INFQ and some private companies including trapped ion competitor Quantinuum. Notably absent: $IONQ. The self-acclaimed "world's leading quantum company." It’s not the first time. They were also missing from the Genesis Mission collaborator list back in November that had IBM, Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Quantinuum all named. Why is $IONQ missing from these marquee government initiatives?

@RahulMarkets The government funding didn't pour into $IONQ, before the allocations were determined I'm sure there was a review of each companies capabilities and since $IONQ is a hype engine they couldn't show enough to gain a government investment/equity stake

🚀 Quantum Computing The recent trend in quantum computing has been quite interesting. Starting with World Quantum Day, the entire sector has been slowly gaining momentum, and today it exploded across the board. With massive government funding pouring in (the Trump administration’s quantum initiative), coupled with the lingering momentum from Q1 earnings season, pure-play companies are collectively hitting a high. It’s not that quantum computing will revolutionize the world overnight, but the tipping point for moving from the lab to commercial deployment—2026—is becoming increasingly clear. With government, corporate, and technological efforts all advancing in tandem, the beta is sky-high, making this a great play for those willing to take risks. Let’s discuss some key stocks: $IONQ — Currently the sector’s strongest leader The stock surged over 10% today, hitting a strong high at one point with explosive trading volume. Q1 revenue skyrocketed 755%, the backlog is solid, and the company is moving forward with the SkyWater acquisition while steadily localizing its supply chain. Its trapped-ion technology is currently the most advanced in commercialization, with close partnerships with AWS and Azure. Most analysts rate it a Strong Buy, and it’s the most promising long-term play, though valuations are no longer cheap—execution is key. Investors with heavy positions should keep a close eye on this one. $RGTI Also saw a significant rally today. Just signed a letter of intent worth over $100 million with the U.S. Department of Commerce; the 108-qubit Cepheus-1 system has reached general availability (GA), and its self-built Fab-1 facility is a key advantage. Combines superconducting technology with a modular approach and has secured numerous defense contracts. Execution risks are relatively higher, but the technology roadmap is clear, making it worth watching for the medium term. $QBTS Its quantum annealing approach is quite unique, and it’s the fastest to achieve practical applications for optimization problems (logistics, AI training scheduling, etc.). Q1 bookings showed impressive growth, with orders from Fortune 100 companies and university systems. It also followed the sector’s strength today. While it has a more pronounced short-term speculative nature, it already has real-world commercial cases, making it suitable for swing traders. Quantum computing remains an early-stage, high-risk sector characterized by rapid cash burn, significant execution uncertainty, and extreme volatility. However, driven by dual catalysts—policy support and technological milestones—2026–2027 is likely to bring more explosive growth opportunities. The true game-changer of the future lies in the convergence of AI and quantum computing. Did you cash in on quantum stocks today? Which one do you like the most? Is it IONQ’s lead, or the policy tailwinds for RGTI and QBTS? Share your thoughts in the comments! 💬 #QuantumComputing #IONQ #RGTI #QBTS #USStocks #QuantumStocks

Today the U.S. handed out ~$2B in quantum grants/equity investments. Meanwhile $IONQ got… nothing. $IBM → $1B $GFS → $375M $QBTS → ~$100M $RGTI → ~$100M $INFQ → ~$100M …and multiple private quantum firms got funding too. Funny how the market’s ‘quantum leader’ wasn’t viewed as strategically essential enough to fund. Thats what happens when all you've done is manufacture hype

does the street now realize $IONQ is undervalued after today's news? remains to be seen... but the reality is that it is... the Government throwing a bone to the industry just to catch up... the news is extremely bullish for IONQ regardless if you think about it... trust that management is moving & dealing in the companies best interest

@Gukaso It's literally how these grants/equity stakes work, now that the government setup 9 strategic investments into companies all at the same stage of quantum development why would they need to work with $IONQ in the future? They would just work with their existing partners!

Biofuels made from Corn and Soybeans are getting a lot of attention as of late 🌽🌱 Figured these four charts are interesting 🌽Corn Ethanol Demand - 5.6 billion bushels of Corn is expected to be turned into Ethanol…that’s the same amount of demand as 9 years ago. Zero growth 👀 🌱Soybeans Crush Demand - 2.75 Billion bushels of Soybeans are expected to be crushed into Soybean Oil and Soybean Meal. Main growth story propelling this higher is Biofuels (see below) 🌱🛢️Soybean Oil Into Biofuel Demand - 17.8 Billion pounds of Soybean Oil is expected to be used in the production of Biodiesel and Renewable Diesel. Tremendous growth 💹 🌱🛢️Soybean Oil into Food/Other Demand - 14.95 Billion pounds of this stuff is ending up in the Food supply. Small growth 🤏 Interesting isn’t it, but I’ll let you all draw your own conclusions from it.

$CANE $CORN There are multiple second order effects from closing the strait. People think the Strait of Hormuz is just an oil trade. In reality: • ~30% of global fertilizer trade moves through the Strait • ~20% of global LNG exports pass through it • That LNG is what many countries use to produce fertilizer domestically Disrupt Hormuz and you don’t just shock energy markets. You shock the global food chain

$IONQ building a “quantum data center” before having a commercially viable quantum computer is like building an airport before inventing a working airplane. These systems are still essentially research projects: • extremely limited real-world workloads • massive uptime/reliability challenges • no meaningful enterprise-scale compute demand • nowhere near fault tolerance And let’s be honest: A machine operating at tiny effective qubit levels with constant calibration requirements is not generating hyperscaler-style data traffic. They’d need: • stable fault-tolerant systems • millions of qubits • actual production workloads • fleets of quantum machines BEFORE a true quantum “data center” even makes sense. Right now it’s a physics lab with a marketing department
