@bastiantoler I would counter that if an employee is hitting those numbers it’s an issue (unless they’re on the road). You should ideally be on a laptop or computer for productive work in most cases.

@clinjar you call 4+ hours an addiction? a 9-5 employee hits that by lunch on slack alone. 4 hours is a bare minimum for functioning in a digital world. 12+ hours daily, consistently, unable to put it down even when your body is begging you to... is addiction.
