In Trinidad Chambliss’ lawsuit, the NCAA once again had an eligibility rule enjoined by a state court.
And as noted here, it lost on a new legal theory: that the NCAA breached its membership agreement & acted in bad faith.
More lawsuits making this argument will follow.
