🚨🇺🇸| JUST IN: U.S. Department of Justice has filed a memorandum in the SD of Florida requesting that Andrew Tate be held in federal detention without bond as extradition proceedings begin. Prosecutors argue that Tate faces a significant amount of prison time in the UK cases if convicted and is a flight risk and would be a danger to the community if granted bond. They note in the memorandum that Tate was flying to countries which didn’t have extradition treaties with the UK to avoid being extradited.
