Well into adulthood I found out I was lacking in several major common skills I assumed were basic enough to "just have". Sleep, eating, exercise, and even breathing. Probably many in this situation that putting in 20% effort into these would get 80% improvements.

@yearningburning I think even very non woo ppl pick up on energy subconsciously, especially if ur getting to know each other romantically, it's better if they witness it in action rather than trying to explain it imo
