@AlAnsariEx I have one of your travel cards. I got it on 9th Dec & put 10000aed on in hong kong dollars & thai bhat. I tried to use it for the first time today in Hong kong and it has been declined becausethey suspect fraud. How can this happen if the card has never been used?

2 cancelled flights. No hotel. No refund. No compensation. Our @AerLingus flight to CFN was rerouted back to DUB. Offered a 9pm bus (arriving 1:30am) but no way to get back to Dublin for our next flight (also cancelled). Travelling with young kids, one autistic. Shocking service.
