My darling wife is born and bred in CA; I am a USAF transplant from MI since 1982 (Problems of their own); I can't convince her to leave this state. WA and OR have gone nuts, ID is starting to have its issues; running out of states to move to. We recently vaca'd in FL for the Miami F1 race; long story short, your cops are too stringent and we are likely done with FL (sorry)

What I find interesting about the Newsoms is that they both relentlessly promote liberal/left ideologies that are corrosive to family formation and undermine traditional values. However, at the same time, they've been in a heterosexual marriage for 20+ years and have 4 children together. By those measures, they are more "trad" in terms of their own lifestyle than most Americans are, even a lot of conservatives aren't married with 4 kids.
So what that tells me is the Newsoms KNOW that the traditional family model is the best; that's why they chose it when they both could've chosen anything else. But as elites they still promote insidious ideologies that end up harming the ordinary people who listen to them. It's a perfect illustration of "luxury beliefs."

HISTORY OF THE MASTERS
The legendary ball striker, Moe Norman, whom many people believe to be one of the greatest ball strikers who ever lived, didn’t have the highest opinion of Augusta National. His biggest pet peeve were the lightening fast and undulating greens.
In Norman’s first appearance in 1956 (he played it twice both times as an amateur) Moe Norman literally walked off the golf course after playing only 9 holes in the first round. He walked off the ninth and kept walking out of the property.
The next year he returned and failed to make the cut, shooting 77-74 for +7 score of 151. He missed the cut by a single stroke and when asked about it he replied:
“I didn’t have enough money to stay here for two more days. A couple of my buddies drove down with me from Canada and we got just about enough to take care of the gasoline on the way back.”
One of the greatest ball strikers who ever lived foiled by MacKenzie’s greens.

Picked such an iconic photo for a historical subject we don't talk enough about! The history of the Black caddies at the Masters is a deep one; for almost 50 years, only Black men caddied at the Masters. The hat you created deserves to be seen and is a cool piece to own, for those who love the sport.
The folks over at Lucy Craft Laney Museum in Augusta, should see this one.

A client going to Augusta this week challenged me to see if I could embroider him a hat honoring the Black caddies at the Masters today. I told him give me an hour. I know what I have to tweak but it came out pretty good for the time allotted.

Because it very clearly demonstrates how one-dimensional the MAGA mind has become and how thoroughly personal bias has replaced basic reasoning.
Among people with normal, non-cult-adjacent cognitive function, it is genuinely not complicated to understand that someone can live one way while supporting other people's right to live a different way.
Psychologists will be studying this mindset for decades.
