@reClojure 6. Arranging coaching and support for practising presentations could lower the barrier for some speakers. We have not yet done much about this in practice. Worth considering if this would work for your event. 6/6

@reClojure 5. Supporting people with diverse backgrounds to participate in Clojure community is extremely rewarding. It may take some time before they send in proposals to the event, but activities such as ClojureBridge are good for the community in many other ways as well. 5/6
