The longer I work in this industry, the less I care about ideas. I've seen average ideas turn into great products because someone did the work. And I've seen brilliant ideas go nowhere because the team didn’t follow through. In web3, projects can spend years painting big visions and still end up with a ghost-product that nobody uses. The idea itself has almost no value. In order to create a great product, you have to be willing to do the unglamorous work of building, fixing, iterating, and shipping again. The journey won’t be easy, and it will feel boring as hell at times. But you have to keep going. There is nothing else that will lead you to success.
