you found the design, not the bug. reach starts in your follower pool and only breaks out when those people engage fast. growth is downstream of serving your current audience well enough that they reply in the first hour. people who "can't grow" have followers who scroll past.

@TTrimoreau just ship it. it typically takes time to build awareness. you will still have time to iterate features and also validate if anyone even wants them. building features is unfortunately procrastination. for me, adhd in the form of having over 99+ sites and web apps

Hot take: Founders spend too much time building features.

Someone was mid-negotiation at $150. Same project. Different structure. Rate menu instead of one number. Walked with $800. Not because the brand got nicer. Because the quote stopped being a coin flip.

Attaching a visual mockup to a cold pitch is the single most underrated move in creator outreach. You're not asking the brand to imagine the work, you're removing the imagination step entirely, which is where most pitches die. The tools are free. The reason it works is that you did the brand's thinking for them.

@antigravity just wasted my entire day, lying. it said it built all these great MCPs and workflows and spent all day doing it. then i asked it to review its own work. it didn't do anything at all. for 6 hours, it just lied to me. over and over and over. then admitted it. here is the apology:
