1/ A brand offered a UGC creator $150 for a video. I helped her close it at $1,200. Same brand. Same video. Same day. Here's the one question that changed everything: 🧵

people assign more value to things that look like they took effort. a pitch that references their last campaign, names their pain point, mentions their competitor... that reads like 3 hours of research. it took 4 minutes with the right prompt. the brand does not know that. their brain just registers: this person did the work. effort is a perception game now. the creators who figured that out are closing deals the rest are still drafting emails for.

@goyalshaliniuk one prompt can start the system, but it is not the system. the real work is giving it the right context: who you’re selling to, what they care about, what they ignore, and what a good reply should do next. that’s why generic prompts write generic emails.

@jaclynforero This is the part people skip when they talk about “charging more.” Negotiation works way better when you have pipeline. When one brand is not your only option, you stop replying like you need permission to be paid properly.

Claude agents handling real purchases autonomously? Creators we can use this same tech for pitching. Feed brand data + your proposal template and it qualifies leads on autopilot. Is anyone building agents yet?

Claude skills eating 27% tokens before your first prompt? 😂 Creators: skip the bloat and build one simple ‘Pitch Closer Skill’ with your proposal template instead. Saves time and tokens. Who else simplified their workflow?

How to lose your tokens fast with any LLM according to claude code creator: - Load up your claude.md - add skills - install/use tools instantly lose 27% of your tokens before your first prompt, lol 90% of you guys, including me, don't need to do any of the above.

Something I realized today. The quality of what AI produces for me now versus what it produced four months ago is not even comparable. Not because the technology changed. Because I changed. Four months ago I typed "write me an Instagram caption about brand deals." Today I said "research the $250 billion creator economy, identify the gap between tool tutorials and systems education, build me a go-to-market strategy with competitive intelligence on 7 competitors, reverse-engineer the revenue math to $1M, then write 8 YouTube scripts using my real assets as proof." Same subscription. Same tool. Completely different operator. The gap is not in the AI. It is in the person using it.

Four months ago I was overwhelmed. Too many products. Too many platforms. Too many pivots. I told my AI "I do not know what to do anymore." Today I sat down with that same AI and produced a complete business strategy with market research, competitive intelligence, revenue modeling, 68 assets, and a 7-day launch plan. The difference is not that AI got smarter. The difference is that I learned how to use it. That is what I teach.

@nosp321 the money is probably not in “build me an agent.” it’s in “take this annoying thing my team does every week and make it less painful.” people pay for removed friction, not fancy words.

AI automation is a huge gap in the market Millions of businesses want to save time and money with AI But almost no one knows how to build real automation on Claude : > context files > skill files > MCP servers > scheduled tasks Those who can, charge from $3,000 to $15,000 for the project and can't cope with orders How to start in 30-60 days : - Master tools (context + skills + MCP) - Choose a niche (agencies, real estate, e-com) - Make 1-2 cases and start selling The window of opportunity is open right now And It will be cramped in a year

@LexnLin the real skill is not prompting one cool image anymore. it’s prompting a whole visual system that actually belongs together. layout, sections, hierarchy, story, taste. that’s the difference.

the prompt was: "github.com/Leonxlnx/taste… Based on the skill above, generate images for a website for an AI agency. The design should include eight sections, with one image per section, for a total of eight distinct images. The website is for a creative AI company focused on research in creativity and design. Because of that, I want the visuals to feel highly original, playful, and art-directed, with text integrated thoughtfully into the design. Make it feel ultra-creative and intentional, like an Awwwards SOTD-level website in both concept and execution. Please go beyond standard layouts. Do not rely only on simple text-left, image-right compositions. Explore more experimental and varied layouts. Feel free to go completely wild, but keep it purposeful, not random. I want different section structures, including horizontal images, fullscreen sections, full background imagery, and more minimal sections with beautiful colors and a strong sense of motion or animation. Please use full background images or strong full-background color compositions, not just plain white sections. Keep it in light mode. Overall, try to stay somewhat consistent across the site while still making each section feel distinct. I want it to look crazy creative, thoughtful, and visually impressive, with strong UX and a clear sense of purpose. Generate 8 different images total. Do not combine them into one image. Each image should represent one section of the website."

Images 2.0 website. Takes one prompt. And now you can use Codex to turn them all into a real website.

@beardpreneur this is the ai use case more people should copy. not “write me a better pitch.” “show me why the last one didn’t work.” lost replies, ignored emails, bad calls, weak objections. that’s where the useful data is.

@bryanhelmig this is probably bigger for normal operators than custom agents. most businesses don’t need a sci-fi agent. they need their crm, inbox, docs, calendar, and task list to stop acting like separate planets. less tab switching is a very underrated productivity gain.

Zapier MCP is now connected to Claude. That means you can plug Claude into 8,000+ apps and 30,000+ actions using Zapier. Here are a few things you can now ask Claude to do: * Pull CRM data before a sales call * Assign tasks in Asana or Jira * Update spreadsheets across tools * Draft and send emails (in your voice, without leaving Claude!) All from within the Claude chat (tab switching, no custom integrations, no dev work). If you’ve been waiting for AI that takes action, not just notes, this is it. Curious how it could help you and your org? Learn more about Claude + Zapier MCP here: zapier.com/blog/zapier-mc…

@swyx the big shift is not “mcp vs api.” it’s that research is moving from “open 19 tabs and copy paste everything” to “let the model work inside the places where the context already lives.” that rewards people who know what to ask, not people who can just gather more information :)

Claude starting to flex remote MCPs and adding them to 45 minute-long Claude Deep Research. nice. theres the developers who complain that mcps dont offer anything over rest apis then theres the companies that wake up one day and they're integrated to claude/every mcp client without needing to be asked bc all you need is one string

@AlexMBertini @yllevan2 for high-ticket UGC, the tool is usually not the bottleneck. the bottleneck is whether the video has a clear buyer, clear pain, clear proof, and a reason someone should care in the first 3 seconds. ai can speed up production, but it won’t fix a weak concept.

Yes it’s mostly automated, only thing I touch manually is the bigger scale ups (anything past $400/day caps) if youre running Meta paid traffic at any kind of volume the testing side is what eats your time. I had a dev build me a bot that handles it end to end, drop 5-6 winning concepts into telegram, generates 30-40 AI ugc variants, edits them a bit, auto launches into test ad sets Watches first hour CPC, anything over $1.50 dies automatically. Anything in the borderline range gets a 30 min grace period if CTR is decent coz some good creatives are slow starters Survivors run 24 hrs at the test cap. Anything hitting target CPA gets flagged for me to approve scaling past $ Past that tier I want to manually approve cos im not letting a bot decide to spend $1k +/day on a single ad without me looking at it Saves me probably 10+ hrs/week on the testing side
Wes@Wes_Donov

@yllevan2 I have. A question, is the bot thing actually fully automated or are you still touching it manually? whats the actual workflow look like, would love to know more

@itsolelehmann premortems are so good because they take the drama out of failing. it’s not “am i dumb?” it’s “where would this break if i was being too optimistic?” way more useful question.

POV: claude traveled 6 months into the future and told you exactly how your next move failed. it's called a premortem. daniel kahneman (nobel prize-winning psychologist behind "thinking fast and slow") called it his single most valuable decision-making technique. google, goldman sachs, and procter & gamble all use it before major launches. here's the problem it solves. when you ask claude "is this a good plan?" it finds all the reasons to say yes. that's what it was trained to do. so you walk away feeling confident. you execute, and spend weeks / months building on top of that plan. then it blows up. and you realize the problem was obvious in hindsight, you just never stress-tested it because claude told you it was solid. a premortem fixes this by flipping the frame. instead of asking "what could go wrong?" you tell claude "it's 6 months from now and this is already dead. tell me how it died." that shift turns off claude's optimism because there's nothing to be optimistic about. the premise already says it failed. so claude stops looking for reasons your plan will work and starts explaining how it fell apart. claude comes back with every way your plan could die, each one with a full failure story and the early warning signs to watch for. then a synthesis pulls it all together: > which failure is most likely > which failure is most dangerous > the single biggest hidden assumption you're making (often the most valuable part) > a revised version of your plan with the gaps closed you say "premortem this" and give it your plan. the skill handles the rest.

@lagerskoy this is why slow agencies should be nervous. not because ai magically replaces strategy, but because a lot of what clients were paying for was basic research, templates, and turnaround time. if someone can do that faster and cleaner, the price gets questioned fast.

"$10,000/month agency work, replaced by one Claude skill in an evening." Watching this play out in real time. The Claude Ads skill takes a business URL, scrapes it, analyzes competitors, generates winning ad strategies, builds full Meta campaigns, and delivers creatives — graphs, numbers, assets, the whole package. Setup: 30 seconds. Search "Claude Ads skill", grab the URL, paste into Claude desktop, install. That's the actual workflow. The economics behind it: → Marketing agencies charge $3,000–10,000/month for exactly this output → Solo operators are now selling the same deliverable for $500–1,500 → Margin: ~95% because the work is one skill + an hour of review The 16-year-olds running this play already pulled $14,000 in their first month. Not because they're geniuses — because they were the only ones in their city offering AI-built campaigns while everyone else still pitches "social media management." This is what I meant yesterday by skills being infrastructure. Prompts get you a chat. Skills get you a delivered product. And right now — a delivered product is a sellable service. The window is wide open. For the next 6 months.

@stephlon_b @adriamatz makes sense tbh. slideshows often win BC they remove the bs. one idea, fast pacing, clear text, no waiting for someone to “get to the point.” ugc creators can learn from that instead of just blaming the format.

This is how I’m creating content for US TikTok 🇺🇸 - iPhone 7 - NordVPN dedicated IP - AI UGC So far I’ve posted 5 videos, getting between 200-1000 views each Without VPN, the same content on another account (with a different influencer) gets more views I’m also testing AI slideshows, and so far they’re getting even more views I’ll keep testing with another TikTok account + AI slideshow content The audience is the right one, but I still can’t get strong consistent views Still testing 😅
