Disobeying the marked path. Train tracks are designed with a single purpose: to take you from point A to point B without letting you deviate a single millimeter. They are straight, hard, and relentless. Sometimes, society works exactly the same noway. It sets invisible rails for us, how we should live, how we should dress, what we should hide, and how fast we should move. You get on the train, and life just flashes by. But what happens when you step off onto a forgotten track? What happens when you stop the inertia? Lying naked, warm skin against cold iron, is an act of absolute vulnerability, but also of rebellion. It is saying: "I am not following your rhythm today. Today, I strip off the expectations, the rush, and the armor." In a world that demands we always stay on track, choosing nudity and stillness is the purest form of freedom. Don't be afraid to derail your life every once in a while.

Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is absolutely nothing.  Late at night, slipping naked into the Miño river, exactly where a natural boiling hot spring meets the freezing river current. The physical shock of the hot and cold water forces your brain to stop overthinking and just *feel*. Guiding groups on the Camino de Santiago is a beautiful job, but it requires constant mental energy. You are always "on." Giving the mind a true break, stripping away not just your clothes, but the schedules, the responsibilities, and the noise, is essential. There is a profound peace in standing bare under the moonlight, surrounded only by steam and cold water, knowing that for a few minutes, you don't have to be anywhere else or take care of anyone else.  Nature always provides the best reset button for the soul.

Society profits from our insecurities. Nature doesn't. Taking an outdoor shower in the middle of nowhere, with no clothes, no filters, and absolutely zero body shame. For a long time, we are taught to hide our imperfections, our curves, our age. But out here, surrounded by trees, you realize your body is not an ornament to be judged, it is the amazing vehicle that allows you to experience this beautiful world. Stop apologizing for your body. Embrace it, wash off the complexes, and live free!
