Anyway IMO this is one more reason why fewer and fewer people look up to Uncle Bob - including me. I enjoyed his books a decade and a half ago. But cannot relate to any of his views or reactions the past several years. I respect people differ in opinions and how we see things.

Time to verbalise this: Paid tech conferences are rightfully held to high ethical standards. Customers should not have to do due diligence on them. Paid speakers on the other hand, do. If they find that something is wrong: hopefully choose their integrity over the speaker fee.
