@stoolpresidente The most unfair thing I could ever do is treat my kids as if they were identical to each other. Employees are a tad different, but Mintzy and Nikki could have different roles, experience, or other reasons they get paid differently. As long as you can articulate the reasons...

2 part question 1. What employee negotiated their contract with me by saying “well if Mintzy and Nikki Smokes make this I certainly should be making this” 2. Is that fair logic?

@officiallaxgirl I feel like we get that more through the season, culminating with state and college championships. It's hard to recreate the level of fun stress brings on. Playing will always be more fun than watching. But when we get games like this years ncaa d1 championship, it's close

I think what’s missing in lacrosse right now (bear with me) is an aesthetic. An essence. We’ve grown the popularity, we’ve cultivated the community, but now we need an essence. Like what we had in 2010-2014, but better.

@goldfishboxers @officiallaxgirl I like to read some decisions in their entirety, others I read the syllabus. But that let's me see the reasoning, who followed or disputed, and decide for myself if I agree with the majority or minority. This week has had more than a few "bilateral" decisions.

Like what exactly is the Supreme Court here to do these days bc I feel like we were lied to in school. They showed us pictures of Thurgood Marshall and told us the exact opposite of what the court is doing now🤣
