BREAKING: Schoolgirl, 15, raped in Kirkstall – man, 34, arrested
Police in Leeds are investigating after a 15-year-old schoolgirl was raped on Bridge Road in Kirkstall yesterday evening, 19 March.
A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of rape and remains in custody.
The schoolgirl is being supported by specially trained officers. Detectives from Leeds District Safeguarding Unit are continuing their enquiries. m.facebook.com/story.php?stor…

Armed police shoot deer dead after car collision in Halifax Armed police shot a seriously injured deer dead on Ovenden Wood Road, Halifax, this morning. It happened after a car hit the deer at 8:37am. Officers called a vet but none could attend. To stop the animal suffering, armed officers destroyed it at the scene.
