The wording of North Carolina's governor's @NC_Governor proclamation literally encourages observance of Ramadan to non-muslims. This isn't cultural. It is a religious proclamation governed by a foreign legal system antithetical to the United States: SHARIA. This proclamation doesn't have to be 'legally binding' to be alarming to North Carolinians! Did you know that under Islam, it is permissible to M*RDER those caught eating or drinking in public during daylight hours during Ramadan? Muslims suffer too.
