Idk, not really, I struggle with creativity and imagination, I'm good at writing non-fiction, journaling and documenting actualities but I don't think I'd ever cut it as an author. I guess I was just never very socially capable and thus learned to better express myself through words on paper or text on a screen, journaling in particular has been hugely beneficial and I'd recommend it to anyone, it's very cathartic and also helps with my therapy sessions, as I can just hand my book over to the therapist and let them read what's been going on in my head. I probably started journaling from as young as ten years old, I had a really nice English teacher who would let me sit in his classroom during break/lunch times and just write down how I was feeling, things which were bothering me at school and at home, etc, basically giving me impromptu counselling and allowing me to feel listened to, as I was very quiet and distant socially. Adam has said in the past that I could write a biography of my life but I don't think it'd be that interesting, and Martin, my therapist, really liked a piece of writing I did about my experience with substance misuse and asked if I could email it over to him, mentioning I could get paid to write stuff like that. Despite such positive reinforcement I just don't think I'm good enough, low self-esteem controls my life way more than I'd like lol
