I used to think I needed a better strategy. Truth is… I just needed to stop doing stupid things. Overtrading Changing setups Risking more after wins Once I fixed that, things actually started working. Same market. Same strategy. Different behavior.

Being in drawdown messes with your mind more than people admit. You start doubting everything. Even setups that used to work. That’s where most traders lose.

90% of traders don’t fail because of strategy. They fail because they can’t follow one. Discipline > Strategy. Always.
