Rather than shaming customers. Are trends understood? Is there dialogue? Can the process/offer be more creative & innovative? Is the booking process reviewed ie use of agencies? Does the negative tone (even if reality) work? More general than SFL specific.

Unfortunately this is an issue every venue/promoter/band etc is up against. Especially given the cost of living crisis. If you are in a position to be able to purchase your tickets in advance though, it's appreciated by all parties involved.
