@Malone_Wealth By the way is it legal to acquire such a large amount of fuel without proper license?

What happens when you trade futures without knowing enough information? You end up with 88,000 barrels of oil needing to be delivered to you.

@gharkekalesh Lol, what a desperate PR move from YesMadam. They’re definitely wearing hidden mics—that’s why their voices are so clear even in a public place. Ngl, PR stunts like this turn me off from using their product, no matter how useful it actually is.

@mitrapredator Why do u think Trump won't TACO this time? Based on reports they might use Pakistan's statement as excuse to extend deadline by another 2 weeks

Super to have Air Marshal Tiwari at the launch of my book, 'Sky Warriors: Operation Sindoor Unveiled.' As Vice Chief during Sindoor, he had a ringside view of ops. Key detail in the book: the moment the Chief met key officers & told them the fight was on. @juggernautbooks
Narmdeshwar Tiwari@tiwitiger1

Happy to be a part of @VishnuNDTV ‘s book launch #TheSkyWarriors, ably moderated by @ShivAroor. Discussed personal experiences & interesting snippets of #OperationSindoor. A wonderful audience who had many insightful questions.

@cluelessTechie FBTR is a actual reactor and it went critical today so yes you are already using it and working on advance heavy water reactor with Th as fuel in Homi s 3rd stage vision

The famous 3 stages of India’s nuclear energy program. (Today we cracked 2nd stage here - BARC calls it 3rd as 2nd was PFBTR (prototype)) Stage 1 : Convert uranium into plutonium.. Natural uranium has very little fissile U-235. In PHWRs, U-235 undergoes fission to produce energy, while the abundant U-238 absorbs neutrons and converts into plutonium-239 (Pu-239). You generate power and create fissile material for the next stage. Examples: Rajasthan Atomic Power Station, Kakrapar Atomic Power Station, Narora etc Stage 2 : Breed more fuel using fast neutrons Fast breeder reactors use Pu-239 as fuel. When it fissions, it releases high-energy neutrons that convert surrounding U-238 or thorium into more fissile material (Pu-239 or U-233). Net effect: you create more fuel than you consume (breeding). Examples: Fast Breeder Test Reactor (critical today and Modi ji called it out, Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor - Base tech demonstrator) Stage 3 : Thorium to Uranium-233 cycle Thorium-232 is not fissile, but it absorbs a neutron → becomes Uranium-233, which can sustain a chain reaction. 👉 This enables long-term energy using India’s vast thorium reserves. Example: Advanced Heavy Water Reactor (planned) In one line: Uranium → Plutonium → Thorium → U-233 → Sustainable nuclear fuel cycle

@Fintech03 Nice read!!! Can this tech be used in nuclear power plants parallelly while we work towards stage 3? If yes, will this lead to us achieving our nuclear enery generation goals early?

Today, India takes a defining step in its civil nuclear journey, advancing the second stage of its nuclear programme. The indigenously designed and built Prototype Fast Breeder Reactor at Kalpakkam has attained criticality. This advanced reactor, capable of producing more fuel

Actually 🇵🇰 reserves aren't even $16 billion. $12B out of those $16B are deposits from UAE, Saudi & 🇨🇳 which are kept to show IMF that 🇵🇰 has some 💰, real reserves are just around $4B. Now if 🇵🇰 is going to payback $3.5B it will send its economy into tailspin.

BIG BREAKING: Pakistan has decided to return $3.5 billion in debt to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) before the end of this month, a senior Pakistani official said on Friday. The official described the move as a cost the country was willing to bear to uphold “national dignity,” even as it is set to significantly draw down foreign exchange reserves. The official disclosed that Abu Dhabi had sought the immediate return of the amount. “The amount will be returned as soon as possible,” the official said, adding that “national dignity could not be compromised for financial considerations”. Under its ongoing International Monetary Fund programme, Pakistan is required to secure around $12.5bn in rollovers from three key partners — China, Saudi Arabia and the UAE — to maintain reserve levels and meet external financing needs. The UAE deposits were, therefore, a critical part of this arrangement. The latest available data shows Pakistan’s central bank reserves at about $16.3bn. A payment of $3bn from the reserves would reduce these holdings sharply by 18 per cent, significantly lowering the external buffer and import cover. dawn.com/news/1988321

I received a full-time offer from Oracle in 2022, which I ultimately declined. I believed that accepting the PPO offer from Hotstar would provide me with greater opportunities for growth. When I discussed my decision with my supposed be manager at Oracle, I was surprised by the question of why I preferred Hotstar over Oracle; I thought, 'Why is that even a question?' Anyways, I am pleased that I chose not to join Oracle.
