As a catholic I couldn’t disagree more with his resent statements. As an American I do not want war, but something had to be done with Iran. Secondly his views on illegal immigration, it’s wrong and breaking our countries laws, legal immigration is what built this country and is a good thing. The holy father’s statements are directed directly at the US, and as a catholic believe he should stay in his lane. He does not condemn the 30,000 innocent protesters that were killed by the government of Iran. He says in his recent visit to Algeria that Islam is a religion of peace, yet what religion condones murdering the infidel, that’s us. Lastly, where is his condemnation of the Christians that are being hunted down and murdered in Nigeria as he tours Africa, rather he chooses to get into with our president. I am a catholic and will always be a catholic, and I will continue to stick with the church.
