We loved seeing Bridges Champions at our Champions Sharing Event yesterday! Practitioners shared their team's successes in sustaining Bridges, but we also built in space to reflect on times when things haven't gone to plan. Here's some of the reflections our Champions had 🥰

Great piece reinforcing that #selfmanagement is not ‘going it alone’, not a quick fix, & not simply an alternative to face-2-face contact. Self management can only be supported through long-term, ongoing, therapeutic, compassionate & respectful relationships with people.
