@AerLingus 3 hours on hold and no further forward, the handler hang up

@AerLingus they told us the 2nd flight they’ve offered - wednesday 12th is full even tho we accepted it, and the next available is friday 18th, almost a week after we were due to fly out when we’ve already paid accommodation and booked off work for our original dates

@AerLingus still not sorted, offered us a flight for monday which we accepted for them to tell us it’s now filled and they have now got wednesday instead , by the time they reply to us accepting that it’ll probably be booked up again 🥲

Well done @AerLingus after getting to Dublin airport at 10am for a 12:10pm flight, we found out it was cancelled at 19:30. Not and update throughout the day. Nobody at the desks to sort hotel out after flight cancelled . #stranded #abandoned #aerlingus #irishtourism
