🏈 🚨 Camp Standout - Dylan Henry - Mandeville. Dylan shined at our recent showcase. From individuals to one on one’s, you can see why the upcoming senior is so highly regarded. His ability to move his hips, run and get in and out of breaks was elite! There were some impressive battles with the areas top receivers (video coming!). Look for Henry to lock down one side of the field or be used to roam the back end of the secondary for the Skippers this fall! 🏈 Recruiting - One of the more impressive players at our Showcase Camp was Mandeville’s Captain Best. The soon to be Junior has a tremendous frame, with room to add weight. His 4.69 shuttle time time stood out for his size. In one on one’s he showed exceptional route running and the ability to use his body to shield defenders. The 2027 possesses a great frame, ability to get in and out of breaks, breakaway speed (check out the film!) and great hands. Accurate on the move, off-platform, and when layering passes as a lefty. Mechanics & release: Clean left-handed delivery with proper footwork, hip drive, and compact/quick release. Gets the ball out fast under pressure with full extension and strong follow-through. Mobility & dual-threat ability: Elusive athlete who extends plays and hurts defenses with his legs.
