Abortion can't be restricted, and filtering out what is/isn't a valid reason to abort a fetus is a slippery slope that still doesn't address the problem. Eugenicist and ableist attitudes can only be addressed by education.

This is something that will continue to be a sad reality for as long as broader society holds to the notion that a disabled life is worse than death and the time and resources to care for the disabled are solely the responsibility of the parents.
