@oekofuzzi Übrigens, Einfach Einsteigen @einsteigenjetzt in Bremen rechnet vor wie es gehen kann: mit paritätischer Finanzierung, 50% Arbeitgeber, 50% Anwohner&Pendler, wobei die Kosten für niedrige Einkommensgruppen günstiger wären als jetzige Monatstickets (7/11)

Soso, kostenfreie Öffis sind also unfair für die, die sie nicht nutzen. Aber dann das komplette Land mit staatlich finanzierten Parkplätzen und Straßen zupflastern, genau mein Humor.

@oekofuzzi 3. Gerechtigkeit: Es profitieren haupts. Menschen mit niedrigen Einkommen, die auf ÖV angewiesen sind. Weiters: ÖV (wie Straßen, Gesundheit) als öffentliches Gut oder „Commons“, Solidarität, weniger Überwachung, kein „racial profiling“ bei Kontrollen. (6/7)

@oekofuzzi 2. Nachhaltigkeit: Dafür spricht: ÖV attraktiver machen und dadurch das Umsteigen vom Auto zum ÖV bewirken. Funktioniert wahrscheinlich nur, wenn gleichzeitig Negativ-Anreize für’s Autofahren gesetzt werden, und die Qualität des ÖV stimmt. (5/7)

@oekofuzzi 1. Ökonomie: (Neoklassische) Ökonomen befürchten Wegfall von Ticketumsatz, zu viel „non-productive trips“, und dass der Ticket-Preis als „demand management“ wegfällt, also z.B. um Fahrten aus der Rush Hour in Randzeiten zu verschieben. (2/7)
