My heart hurts for Oxford. For those suffering loss, trauma, or grappling with emotions - I am sorry. No one should have to confront these realities. To the staff that will continue to support these kids: You can do this. You will do this. Day by day. Take care of yourself, too.

I think it’s a well known fact of life that the more dad jokes kids are exposed to, the better! Hats off to these dads for seeing a need and being the literal change in those hallways and classrooms!

What a weekend... Saturday, wake up at 6am to take Arie to the Soapbox Derby. After a fun day, we finish awards at 6pm. Go home, pack up, drive 2.5hrs up north. Sunday, wake up at 5:30am to take Brendan on a youth hunt. #tireddad #memories #YOLO

Happy Mother’s Day to this momma! She is such an amazing mother. Our kids are so lucky to have such an amazing person guide them through this journey we call life! Every day is special with you in it, but today we celebrate.

Life is challenging. The last week has been extremely hard with the loss of a family pet, a friend of my wife’s, and receiving news that my father in law has to now battle pancreatic cancer. To see her hurt and feel her pain is the hardest thing. I am here and we will be her rock
