Really poor during a pandemic when cash is precious for all business and they want to get in all they can at the expense of their customers! They have actually credited me since post!

@cnfprecision @castlewater We had had issues with @castle water too!! There was a leak on the joint on their metre, @southeastwater fixed it, and its been put down to there fault, but want us to pay the bill!! And now charging us interest, and threatening with bailiffs!!! Shocking company.

@castlewater disgusting customer service! You send me a bill 3 x my normal bills (£2700) and you cant/wont send an engineer to read my outdoor water meter as we cant see/find it!! The bills have been estimated ever since I took the building. When I said i wont pay this huge bill

charges if you decide not to! Im more than happy to pay whatever is due but I want checked what we owe, not estimated for nearly a year! Complaint taken this up with Ofwat!! Awful company with awful customer service!!
